The Nordstrom Sale Preview is here! Who else is excited that it is online this year? I love the catalog – but I also love being able to look at everything online AND WISH LIST IT! Sometimes change is good, right? 😉
Tip 1: Go through and wish list your items! That is key this year and something you haven’t been able to do in the past! Saving it to your wish list will make it easier and faster to add to your cart when you can shop the sale!
Tip 2: Shop the Sale Early! Early access is great so you can snag those popular pieces that tend to sell out fast! You must be a Nordstrom card holder to shop early access, you can sign up for it here.
Tip 3: Be Ready! Look through the sale items, wish list your favorites – an most importantly…know what day you can shop! There are different levels for early access and it opens to the public on August 19! Prices go up August 31.

4th of July Look Book

4th of July is right around the corner! First of all – how crazy is it that Summer has officially started and we over halfway through the year! Mind blown, right?! What are your plans for the 4th? We usually keep it pretty chill – spend time with family and friends, BBQ and hang out by the pool. As much as I love to keep it low key, part of me misses the days when I lived in Long Beach and we went to the beach that was literally packed with people all the way up and down and you never knew who you were going to run in to! Quarantine…but Make it Cute

Ok…so I am in week 8 of working from home, and the shelter-in-place for my county was extended until May 22…so to say I’m itching for some normalcy is an understatement. HAH!

Not needing to put on slacks or dark wash skinnies and a blouse for work has been nice, but TBH, I’m kind of over the lounge-wear. It’s nice on days where I want to be cozy and I’m feeling a little lazy, but now the sun is out and the weather here has warmed up quickly (per usual) so I WANT to get dressed! Like it’s too hot for the cute sweat matching sets (how do you even say that? lol). I guess I could just wear biker shorts…but there is something about the warm weather that makes me want to but on a cute top or a dress. Maybe I’m just rambling at this point…but what I am saying is…I am actually getting dressed during the week!

Out of the house! Who else is counting down? I know we are all in this together and it is SO IMPORTANT that we stay inside so we can flatten the curve…but man, I tell ya, it’s getting harder and harder!
