More About Me!

HAPPY FRI-YAY!! The weekend is almost here! The holiday season always has my weekends FULL, but I love being busy so no complaints! Plus I love all the time I get to spend with family and friends!

So back to business…as we head in to Blog Post #2 (WOOHOO!) I wanted you to get to know me a little more…and I want to get to know you!

My name is Danielle (surprise! lol), I am a California girl born and raised, wifey to the most amazing guy, Aaron, and Mama to my fur baby, Zeke – or as I like to call him, Zekey Boy. I have lived in the Sacramento area for most of my life, but did spend some time away for college when I went to Long Beach State! Long Beach will forever hold a special place in my heart, I just love it there! After a few months out of college (and when the loans started to roll in…yay) I decided it was time move back in with my favorite roomies – my parents 😉 Everything truly happens for a reason, though, less than a year of moving back I “re-met” my hubby – I’ll share our story later! We have now been happily married for just over a year and a half and are loving doing life together!

More about me…
Growing up I was very active, I played soccer competitively, along with doing gymnastics, volleyball, karate, and cheer in high school. Fun fact – I got my black belt when I was 10! I love watching sports as much as I love playing them. Football takes the cake for my favorite sport to watch and the Dallas Cowboys are my team! Seriously – don’t mess with me and my boys! 🙂

I am also probably one of the most spirited people you will meet. I took my high school spirit days VERY seriously and my sorority themed exchanges were my jam! You ask me to dress up for something and I AM THERE! This also translates me being very into holidays, decorating for them, dressing for them, and doing as many holiday-esque things as possible! Basically my birthday (which is in August) until the end of the year is my absolutely favorite!
