How is it already the last weekend of August? Not that I am complaining, because I really love, love, love Fall – but seriously this year (like every year) continues to fly on by. This year feels a little different though – I’m sure we can all agree. Still such weird times we are living in. I am so ready to transition my wardrobe to sweater and boots, but I know I still have a while. It stays warm here through October. I need to move somewhere where I can have that crisp fall breeze. Some summer favorites include this super fun tie dye maxi dress and gorgeous purple floral dress! Total beach vibes in this maxi – I actually wore it when we went to Capitola and how gorgeous is this purple dress? If only people were having bridal and baby showers this year! This would be perfect.
Now these next three are also great for summer, but I think you can work these into your fall wardrobe very easily!
This off the shoulder dress is gorgeous! The side slits make it very sexy too – and nice in breezy on these hot summer days! Swap heels or sandals to ankle booties, throw on a hat, layer on a jean jacket and voila, you are ready for fall!
Next is this maxi dress. This one is already on it’s way to fall with the mid-arm length sleeves and the warm color palette. Add some fun booties (I would do white or black) and a black wide brim hat! Throw on a moto jacket for an edgier look when it gets cooler at night.
Last up is this paperbag waist skirt. I still love the paper bag trend! I think it gives such cute details to the waistband, and I find them to be super flattering! This one is super easy to transition to fall. Throw on a cardigan and you’re there! I even gave you a little preview 😉
